Important Update Regarding Netflix Household Error on TV Devices

Please be informed that starting August 2023, Netflix began displaying a household error message on television devices. Our subscription plans remain compatible with a wide range of devices including TVs, mobile phones, laptops, and tablets.

If you encounter household-related issues on your TV, you can resolve them by selecting one of the following options:

  • Watch Temporarily
  • Traveling Option
  • Update Household

To assist with login and verification, we will provide access to the registered email account. This will allow you to independently retrieve the OTP (One-Time Password) required for Netflix login.

Please note that from April 2024 onwards, this household error may appear on any device, regardless of where it was purchased. In such cases, the only solutions are:

  • Using OTP
  • Updating the Household

We will send you the Netflix email credentials along with email access so you can manage OTP retrieval yourself.
